FBS Lounge Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FBS Lounge, we are committed to providing high-quality services, resources, and educational materials to help fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brand owners succeed. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have specific refund and cancellation policies to ensure fairness and protect the integrity of our business.

Hourly Consultations

  • Consultations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.

  • Clients may reschedule up to two times if the request is made within the cancellation window. Any further rescheduling requests will result in the forfeiture of the session without refund.

  • No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Digital Downloads & Templates

  • Due to the immediate access and nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, please contact support, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

Online Courses

  • We stand by the value of our courses, but if you engage with the material and feel it is not the right fit for you, we offer a 10-day money-back guarantee.

  • To qualify for a refund, you must:

    • Provide a detailed explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations.

    • Show that you have sincerely engaged with the content (e.g., completed modules, worksheets, or applied the strategies).

    • Submit your refund request within 10 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete the course or lack of effort.

  • Processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Packaged Mentorship Sessions

  • All mentorship packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

  • Sessions must be scheduled and used within the designated timeframe (6 weeks for 4 sessions, 10 weeks for 6 sessions, 4 months for 12 sessions). Any unused sessions beyond the expiration date will be forfeited.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Clients may reschedule a maximum of two times per package before forfeiting the missed session.

VIP Intensives, Brand Strategy Packages, Mastermind & Group Coaching

  • Deposits & Payments: Some services often require an upfront deposit or full payment to secure your spot.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another service if requested at least 10 days in advance.

    • If you are unable to continue with a high-ticket service, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund may be considered only if significant work has not yet been completed.

    • If service has begun, no refunds will be issued due to the time and resources invested.

  • Commitment & Participation: If you fail to attend scheduled sessions or complete assigned tasks, no refunds will be provided.

Processing Fees & Additional Costs

  • Refunds do not include the return of processing fees, transaction fees, or any additional service fees incurred at the time of purchase.

Policy Abuse & Discretion

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who abuse our policies, such as requesting multiple refunds, failing to engage with the material, or exhibiting bad-faith behavior. Our goal is to provide the highest value possible, and we appreciate your respect for our work and policies.
